This image depicts the damaged facade of the Irpin Culture House (also known as the Irpin City House of Culture) in Irpin, Kyiv Oblast, Ukraine. The neoclassical-style building features a light blue and white exterior with extensive architectural ornamentation, including decorative pilasters, architraves, and a coffered ceiling within a large arched alcove. Two large, fluted columns frame the central section of the facade. The building exhibits widespread damage. Numerous circular impact marks, consistent with bullet holes or shrapnel, are visible across the columns, facade, and decorative elements. Multiple windows are shattered, with several appearing to be boarded up with light brown material. The main entrance consists of double doors, both showing broken glass in their upper sections; the left door is slightly ajar. A significant opening is present in a high window bay above the main entrance, indicating structural breach. A broken white metal fixture is attached to the right column. Three identical black and white stencil artworks are present: one on the lower left wall, one on the lower right column, and one on the lower panel of the left main entrance door. Each stencil depicts a winged humanoid figure with an elongated head and what appears to be two upper torsos. The ground in the foreground is paved, shows wet patches, and has some sparse vegetation growing near the base of the right column. No individuals are present in the frame.
