The central feature is a vertical array of weaponry and symbols. At the apex, a laurel wreath crowns a rectangular element with a central motif. Below this, a prominent fluted standard, possibly a fasces, is centrally positioned, flanked by four upward-pointing spears with broad heads. Additional military implements include quivers filled with arrows and swords with ornate hilts, arranged symmetrically around the central axis. The lower section of the sculpture reveals the upper torso of a figure in classical armor, including a Roman-style helmet with a crest and a sculpted breastplate. The bas-relief and the surrounding light beige facade exhibit extensive cracking, chipping, and signs of weathering. Horizontal architectural bands are visible on the building surface, with a blurred vertical element, possibly a window frame, partially visible on the far right side of the image.
