An old, dilapidated, multi-story building with severe structural damage stands cordoned off by police tape on what appears to be an urban street. The building's facade is predominantly white or light-colored, but large sections of plaster have crumbled away, revealing the darker stone or masonry structure beneath. Extensive cracks, both vertical and horizontal, crisscross the entire front of the building, particularly around the window and door frames, and in a large section of the upper-middle facade where much of the material has fallen off. Patches of moss and dry vegetation are visible growing from some of these cracks and exposed areas.

The building features multiple windows and doors, all framed with dark stone. On the upper floor, there are at least four windows, most fitted with wooden shutters that are old, worn, and some are partially open or broken. One window on the far upper left appears to be completely open and devoid of glass, while another on the upper right has closed, weathered shutters. In the center of the upper level, there are two large wooden doors, positioned one above the other, suggesting a multi-level entrance or stacked units. These doors are also heavily weathered, with dark wood and some decorative metalwork.

On the ground floor, to the right, another set of large wooden doors is visible, similarly worn and framed in stone. To the left of these, there are two more windows with wooden shutters, one partially opened. Another small door or opening is visible on the far lower left, partially obscured by an adjacent building.

The building's roof, visible on the left side, is made of reddish-brown terracotta tiles. A white downspout runs along the upper portion of the facade. To the left and below, parts of neighboring buildings are visible; one has a clean white facade with a pink horizontal stripe, and another below it has an orange-brown hue.

The front of the damaged building and the adjacent sidewalk are cordoned off with white and blue striped tape. The word "POLICIA" is clearly visible in black text repeating along this tape. The tape is wrapped around a black bollard on the paved sidewalk to the right. A yellow plastic chair lies on its side on the sidewalk, caught within the police tape.

The sky overhead is overcast, indicating a cloudy day, and there are no strong shadows, suggesting daytime. The overall scene conveys a sense of abandonment and danger, with the police tape indicating that the building is considered unsafe due to its structural instability.
