A rectangular bronze bas-relief plaque is affixed to a light yellow stucco building wall at Didžioji g. 34, Vilnius, Lithuania. The relief depicts a crowded composition of approximately six stylized, somewhat caricatured human figures. A prominent central figure, a bearded man with an earring, faces left, holding a tool (possibly a paintbrush) over a bucket. Another figure to his immediate left holds a hammer-like tool. A smaller figure to his right holds a drum and drumsticks. Other figures are visible behind and around these central elements. Below the main relief, a smaller rectangular bronze plaque is mounted, inscribed with the Lithuanian text: "ŠIAME NAME KŪRĖ TAPYTOJAS / RAIMUNDAS SLIŽYS" (In this house the painter Raimundas Sližys created). Above the relief, a black rectangular wall-mounted light fixture is present. The lower portion of the wall features a dark gray baseboard. Strong, oblique sunlight from the upper left casts distinct diagonal shadows across the wall and partially over the relief and plaques.
