In the immediate foreground, a dark-skinned male subject stands on a concrete surface. He wears a black short-sleeved t-shirt with a white "BB" logo on the chest, black trousers, and black athletic shoes with white accents. His right hand is visible by his side. Adjacent to him, a line of concrete road barriers, painted in alternating dark green and white sections, separates the foreground pavement from a roadway. Arabic script, reading "الله أكبر" (Allahu Akbar), is visible on a white section of one barrier. On the ground near the base of the barrier, red and white "CAUTION" tape is present, along with loose gravel and dirt. A dark, possibly rubber, shoe lies behind the barrier. In the background to the left, a tall metal lattice structure and a cylindrical metal structure, possibly a water tank or industrial equipment, are visible. The sky is bright with some cloud cover.
