A stone relief carving is embedded in an aged stone wall, framed by a roughly hewn stone arch and an arched ceiling constructed from stacked bricks. The carving, likely limestone, depicts a central crowned female figure (Madonna) with a halo, seated, holding an infant (Child Jesus) in her left arm. She is flanked by two standing male figures, also with halos. The figure on the viewer's left holds a small architectural model or book, while the figure on the right holds a circular object and a book. Below this scene, a horizontal frieze features three distinctly carved grotesque or demonic faces with open mouths, separated by stylized foliate designs. A fourth, partial grotesque face is visible on the far right. The entire relief and surrounding masonry exhibit significant weathering, erosion, and numerous cracks, with minor discoloration, including a faint orange tint, visible on the stone below the frieze. This carving is located on a historical building facade within the Old Town of Kotor, Montenegro, specifically near Trg od Brašna (Flour Square).
