An embroidered fabric alphabet chart is centrally positioned and vertically displayed in Kochi, India. The chart consists of a light beige fabric background with 26 distinct squares delineated by dark embroidery. Each square presents an uppercase English letter, a corresponding multicolored embroidered image, and the associated word spelled out below the image. The chart is organized into six rows; the first five rows contain four squares each, while the bottom row (U through Z) contains six squares. The images depict objects and animals such as an apple, bell, cat, dog, elephant, fish, grapes, hen, ice cream, jug, kite, lion, monkey, nest, orange, peacock, queen, rose, swan, tomato, umbrella, van, watch, xylophone, yacht, and zebra. The chart is held at its top corners by two black binder clips, which attach it to a white wire mesh grid. The bottom edge of the tapestry features white fabric fringe. To the immediate left, a dark brown vertical element, possibly a doorframe or wall edge, borders the scene. To the right, an off-white wall or surface is visible, and below the grid, a decorative garland composed of numerous small, multicolored, possibly iridescent, shell-like or bead-like elements hangs.
