A night vertical shot captures the modern tower and façade of the Cathédrale Notre-Dame-de-la-Treille in Lille, France

LilleFrance

A night vertical shot captures the modern tower and façade of the Cathédrale Notre-Dame-de-la-Treille in Lille, France. The ornate Gothic Revival structure, constructed of stone, is dramatically illuminated against a dark, featureless night sky. The uppermost belfry and spire levels are bathed in intense blue light, with bright light beams emanating upwards and outwards. Descending levels of the tower display a gradient of purplish-pink and orange-red illumination on architectural details such as pointed arches, lancet windows, pinnacles, and buttresses. A large rose window, illuminated with a warm orange glow, is centrally visible on a lower section of the main façade. An arched sky bridge connects two sections of the building in the middle-right. A circular red and white sign or structural element is partially visible at the bottom center, cut off by the frame. No individuals are present in the scene.
