This is a close-up, upward shot of a tall, cream-colored clock tower against a cloudy sky. The tower has two visible clock faces, both round with white backgrounds and black numbers and hands. The clock on the left shows the time as approximately 9:08, while the clock on the right shows approximately 9:08. The clock faces are surrounded by decorative brown circular patterns. Below the clock faces, there are two rectangular window openings, also with decorative brown framing. At the very top of the tower, there is a sculpture made of intertwined, light-colored ropes or cords that twist and turn upwards, resembling a flame or a stylized abstract shape. Some small green plants are visible growing around the base of this sculpture. On the edges of the tower, near the top, there are several birds perched, as well as some lighting fixtures. The overall impression is of an old, possibly historic, landmark.
