The video shows a bridge at night. The sky is dark blue and there are several illuminated streetlights lining the bridge. Along the center of the bridge are decorative light structures shaped like triangles, lit in red and white lights. The lights and structures repeat down the length of the bridge. Some of the lights have Vietnamese flags on them. Several motor scooters are driving across the bridge in both directions. The road is empty aside from the passing motor scooters. On the side of the road is a sidewalk with red and white painted curbs. In the background are several lit up buildings, including a tall one covered in lights.
