The other arm further away from the camera has a green wristband with a large red star. The arms are positioned close to the windshield. Outside the windshield, a slightly blurred scene depicts palm trees and foliage, indicating an outdoor setting. Judging from the "COACH" wristband it is very likely this is a photo taken in the Coachella valley, in Palm Desert United States of America. Another arm is visible farther away holding what appears to be a cell phone. The arm with the wristbands appears to be resting on the door frame and the other on the driver's steering wheel.
