An unripe, ovoid green mango hangs from a slender stem in Vallecito, Venezuela. The mango exhibits irregular dark blemishes or markings on its upper surface and a distinct dark stripe along its left side. Small, pale lenticels are visible across its green skin. Perched atop the mango, facing towards the right, is a small, light brown or amber-colored wasp-like insect with translucent wings. Several clear water droplets cling to the lower curve of the mango. The background is an out-of-focus verdant green, indicative of foliage, with hints of brown earth tones towards the bottom. Another thin, similarly textured stem is partially visible to the upper left. The lighting is diffused, suggesting an overcast condition or shade.
