Three pigeons are observed near the Manduševac fountain on Ban Jelačić Square in the City of Zagreb, Croatia, under bright daylight conditions. Two pigeons, primarily grey with some iridescent neck plumage, stand on the dry stone rim of the fountain basin. The pigeon on the far right, displaying darker grey and black plumage, appears thoroughly wet and is partially submerged in the shallow water of the fountain, with its feathers ruffled and head lowered, indicative of bathing activity. Behind the pigeons and the fountain rim, multiple tiers of light-colored, rough-hewn granite steps are visible, ascending vertically. The water in the fountain is clear and exhibits surface ripples.
