An outdoor scene in Rudartsi, Bulgaria, captured under an overcast, pale gray sky. A concrete utility pole stands prominently in the lower-left to mid-left portion of the frame, angled slightly from vertical. A gray, rectangular street lamp fixture is attached to the upper section of the pole, extending towards the upper right. Multiple black electrical wires are strung and secured to the pole via white ceramic insulators, running horizontally and diagonally across the upper and mid-portions of the image. The right side and background of the image feature numerous deciduous trees with dense, bare branches, indicating a winter or early spring season. The foliage in the deeper background also appears dark and barren. A fragmented red and white sign, displaying partial Cyrillic text, is visible at the extreme bottom-left corner of the frame. No individuals, animals, or specific actions are present.
