Three small, dark-domed, solar-powered lights are affixed to the crucifix: one at the top of the vertical beam and one at each end of the horizontal beam. The corpus depicts Jesus with visible ribs and musculature, wearing a white perizoma, with his arms extended and head tilted to the right. The background wall is composed of light gray, rectangular, roughly-hewn stone blocks, many exhibiting horizontal striations. Intersecting the stone masonry is a large, smooth, gray concrete structure forming a cross shape, with a wide vertical band extending from the top to the bottom of the visible wall and a wide horizontal band crossing it. At the bottom of the frame, green foliage, consisting of various bushes and plants, partially obscures the base of the crucifix and a concrete foundation. Faint dark markings, including what appears to be "2 EK," are visible on the lower concrete section beneath the foliage. The scene is illuminated by soft, diffused light, indicating overcast conditions. This monument is located in Strășeni, Moldova.
