The image displays a wall-mounted utility installation in a building in Ольховка, Russia. The central subject is a vertical, cylindrical device with a speckled silver finish, approximately 40-50 cm in height, affixed to a grey concrete block wall. A partially detached label with black text is visible on its front. At the top, the device connects to a white PVC elbow joint via a corroded brass-colored threaded pipe fitting. The PVC pipe extends horizontally rightwards, secured to the wall by two metal clamps. A thin white electrical wire runs diagonally downwards from the area near the top connection. Approximately midway down the right side of the cylinder, a small black rectangular electrical component is attached, from which green, yellow, and possibly blue wires extend downwards. Below this, a speckled silver pipe branches horizontally from the main cylinder to the right, connecting to a brass-colored valve or filter housing. An orange electrical component is attached to this brass housing, with a white wire extending from it. The bottom of the main cylinder features a bolted flange with multiple visible bolts. Two black electrical connectors, each with a white wire extending downwards, emerge from the underside of the flange. The wall behind the installation is constructed from grey concrete blocks with visible mortar lines. Patches of uneven light grey plaster or concrete render are present, exposing the block texture in several areas. Numerous white electrical wires are routed horizontally along the bottom of the frame, some secured with small blue clips. A fragment of a red object, possibly a tool handle, is visible at the lower right corner of the frame. No people are present, and the scene is static.
