This image depicts an outdoor water collection point in Garaku, Nigeria. A PVC piping system, consisting of white pipes and grey elbow connectors, serves as a water source. One vertical PVC pipe segment is anchored in a rectangular, grey stone trough embedded in the dirt ground on the lower right. This pipe connects to a horizontal segment via a grey elbow, which then descends into a red circular plastic basin. The red basin is approximately two-thirds full of water, exhibiting reflections of the overhead environment. Adjacent to the red basin, a larger black circular plastic basin sits on the ground, containing a shallow amount of water. A dark blue plastic bucket with a metal handle is positioned below and to the left of the black basin, holding a small volume of water at its bottom. The ground is composed of dry, light brown soil mixed with small stones and scattered irregular fragments of light-colored paving tiles. Sparse, dry vegetation and some small green plants are visible in the background and on the left side of the frame. Sunlight illuminates the scene from above. No individuals are present in the frame.
