The image displays "The Bull" sculpture by Todor Kozhuharov, located in front of the Bulgarian Stock Exchange (BSE) building at Tsar Kaloyan Street 1, Sofia, Bulgaria
The image displays "The Bull" sculpture by Todor Kozhuharov, located in front of the Bulgarian Stock Exchange (BSE) building at Tsar Kaloyan Street 1, Sofia, Bulgaria. The central subject is a large, dark, fragmented bronze sculpture of a bull, depicted in motion, with a smaller, stylized figure (possibly a bear) mounted on its back. The sculpture rests on a raised, rectangular base of polished black marble. To the left, a cobblestone street runs alongside an older, dilapidated building with a weathered brown facade, multiple rectangular windows, and a circular attic window. Extensive graffiti covers the ground level of this building, including a stylized face. A dark blue SUV is parked on the cobblestone street, next to two grey refuse bins. To the right, the modern facade of the BSE building features large glass windows and a light-colored concrete structure. Multiple external air conditioning units, one branded "Toshiba," are affixed to its exterior. The ground floor incorporates a reflective glass storefront. Bare tree branches, devoid of leaves, are prominent against a clear blue sky, casting shadows across the scene. Bright, direct sunlight illuminates the area, creating distinct shadows on the ground and building surfaces. Reflections of indistinct human figures are visible on the polished base of the sculpture and in the glass windows of the modern building.
