Short TermA vertical photographic image captures a fully bloomed pink rose positioned centrally in the foreground. A green Tettigoniidae, identifiable by its elongated antennae and slender body, is situated deep within the rose's petals near the stamens. Below the rose, several green leaves are visible, some exhibiting irregular perforations consistent with herbivorous insect damage. A small, striped larva (caterpillar) rests on one of these damaged leaves in the lower-left quadrant of the frame. The background consists of out-of-focus green foliage and dark earth, illuminated by natural, diffuse light. This scene occurred in the city of Partizanin, Bulgaria.
