The framed text is a declaration by Madre Lukaza Medrala, Superiora of the Convent of the Congregation of the Sisters of the Blessed Virgin Mary of Mercy in Krakow. It authenticates a small piece of bone from Saint Maria Faustina Kowalska. This relic is placed reverently in a gilded, round, metallic reliquary, sealed with crystal and silk thread, bearing the seal of the Congregation.
