A covered outdoor walkway, likely part of a temple complex, is depicted in Tây Hoa Lư Ward, Vietnam
MomentA covered outdoor walkway, likely part of a temple complex, is depicted in Tây Hoa Lư Ward, Vietnam. A long, linear row of approximately fifteen light grey stone or concrete statues of seated figures resembling monks or arhats occupies the left side of the frame, extending into the distance. Each statue exhibits individual features, robes, and hand gestures, with some holding small bowls. They are positioned on a continuous textured stone base, which includes individual, lighter grey rectangular plaques. Behind the statues, a reddish-brown brick wall features multiple arched recesses framed in gold. Above this wall, an ornate golden decorative trim runs horizontally, illuminated by strip lighting. The ceiling structure is composed of dark wood with exposed beams. Two strings of small rectangular flags are suspended horizontally across the walkway overhead: the foreground string displays Buddhist flags (blue, yellow, red, white, orange stripes), while the background string shows alternating Vietnamese flags (red with a gold star) and Communist flags (red with a hammer and sickle). The walkway floor is paved with dark grey rectangular stone or tile. The path recedes into the distance, appearing to ascend with steps visible further back, flanked by dark wooden railings on the right. No living individuals are present.
