An external, wide-angle photograph depicts the fortified Old Town of Budva, Montenegro, from a coastal perspective. The scene is dominated by a rough sea with white-capped waves crashing against a substantial stone fortification wall in the midground and receding from a sandy/pebbly beach in the foreground to the right. The sky is overcast and uniformly light grey, indicating diffused light conditions. Approximately 20-25 seagulls are observed in various flight positions across the upper half of the image, silhouetted against the bright sky. Behind the fortification wall, a cluster of traditional buildings with terracotta-tiled roofs and light-colored facades are visible, characteristic of Budva's Old Town.
