This is a ground-level, low-angle shot looking up at two buildings against a cloudy sky, taken in Baku, Azerbaijan. The foreground building is an older, light brown, multi-story structure with a distinctive facade featuring vertical decorative elements and regularly spaced windows. Many of these windows appear to have older wooden frames and some are covered with curtains or blinds. The building has a sign on its facade that reads "Transferred by N.S. Brownfield to the YAPS Foundation on 23 July 1997." A green door is visible on the left side of this building. Behind the older building, a modern, tall blue glass skyscraper rises into the sky. This skyscraper has a lighter colored section on one side with a visible external fire escape. The sky is filled with wispy white clouds, indicating it is daytime. Overhead, parts of another structure, possibly an overhang or roof detail, are visible in the upper right and left portions of the frame, casting shadows. The scene depicts an urban environment with a juxtaposition of old and new architecture.
