The pedestal bears a Cyrillic inscription: "АТАНАС МАНЧЕВ 1921 - 1943," followed by additional text, partially legible, including "НЕМИНА СМЪРТ ПРЕД ПОГЛЕДА" (Death is inevitable before the eyes). Small reddish-purple flowers rest at the base of the monument. The monument is situated outdoors on a patch of green grass with scattered white and yellow flowers.
