The image displays a section of the "Bells Monument" in Bistritsa, Bulgaria. A long, curvilinear concrete wall, composed of repeating vertical segments, dominates the scene. Numerous bells of varying sizes, materials, and designs are suspended from or within recesses of these concrete supports. Prominently featured from left to right are a flat, circular brass gong-like bell, a traditional brass bell adorned with a cross emblem, and a large, dark, intricately textured bell. Further along the curve, a series of smaller brass and patinated green bells are visible. Below many of the bells, rectangular informational plaques are affixed to the concrete, displaying national flags and country names in both Cyrillic and Latin script, such as "Indonesia" and "Japan."
