The image shows the interior ceiling of a yurt, a traditional nomadic dwelling. The yurt's roof structure is made of wooden poles radiating from a central circular opening, which appears to be a skylight. Decorative woven bands with geometric patterns in black and white are attached along the poles. Tassels in black, white, and blue hang from some of these bands, and also from a string that extends down from the central opening. A cluster of fluffy, dark and light-colored pom-poms hangs from a string directly beneath the skylight. The walls of the yurt, visible between the roof poles, are covered with a coarse, textured material, possibly felt or canvas. The image was taken from a low angle, looking upwards. The location is identified as Kegeti, Kyrgyzstan.
