A display of various cuts of raw beef is presented. Bones, bone-in steaks, and boneless pieces are all visible. Some steaks are vacuum-sealed. A circular wooden cutting board supports a pile of ribeye steaks. Several pieces of meat have a significant amount of fat marbling. The beef is arranged on white paper or plastic wrap inside of a refrigerated display case.
