This image depicts a scene of extensive structural damage in Harasta, Syria, under a clear blue sky. The foreground shows a paved road and a concrete sidewalk, with a low curb separating them. Adjacent to the sidewalk are two severely damaged multi-story concrete buildings. The primary building on the left is a multi-story structure, possibly five to six floors, exhibiting significant destruction. Many of its exterior walls, interior partitions, and roof sections are missing, exposing the concrete slab floors and support columns. Exposed rebar is visible throughout the damaged areas. Evidence of projectile impacts, such as perforations and spalling, is present on the remaining concrete surfaces. To the right, a second, equally damaged concrete building is visible, appearing to be two to three stories in height. This structure also features large missing sections of walls and roof, with debris scattered internally and externally.
