A large, dark, stylized relief sculpture of a male head and upper chest is prominently mounted on a light-colored, horizontally-tiled wall within a building in Nova Zagora, Bulgaria. The sculpture, rendered in a textured, dark metallic material such as bronze or cast iron, depicts a figure with a rectangular, block-like facial structure, including deep-set, angular eyes, a prominent nose, a thick mustache, and a full, chiseled beard. The top of the head features a textured cap-like form.
