A multi-figure sculpture, approximately 1.5 meters in height and width, depicts about 15 stylized, nude infants of various skin tones, densely piled into a large, ovoid, woven-textured basket. The infants exhibit exaggerated expressions of distress, primarily screaming or crying with wide-open mouths, clenched fists, and furrowed brows. One infant stands atop the pile, hands gripping its head, mouth agape in a scream, with pale skin and light green eyes. Other infants below display varied expressions of anger, mischief, or pain. One infant with yellow curly hair and a blue bow lies on its back near the front right, partially obscured by another infant. The basket, rendered with green, yellow, and brown tones to simulate wicker, rests on a light-colored, rectangular pedestal. The sculpture is displayed indoors against a solid reddish-orange wall. A matching reddish-orange heart-shaped relief is mounted on the wall directly above the sculpture. A faint vertical line, possibly a corner or frame edge, is visible in the upper right background. This artwork is consistent with "ninots" from the Fallas festival, commonly found in the Fallas Museum in València, Spain.
