Phú Xuân WardVietnam

A vertical shot captures the Flag Tower (Kỳ Đài) in Phú Xuân Ward, Hue City, Vietnam, under a heavily overcast sky. A large red flag with a central yellow star, the national flag of Vietnam, is unfurled from a tall, dark-colored metal flagpole positioned atop a formidable, multi-tiered stone fortress wall. Numerous guy-wires extend from the flagpole to anchor points on the upper structure of the wall. The foreground features an expansive, flat area paved with rectangular bricks in shades of reddish-brown and grey. A single male individual walks from the right side of the frame towards the left, across the paved area. He is dressed in a light-colored, short-sleeved collared shirt, dark trousers, and dark athletic shoes. He holds a smaller, identical Vietnamese flag on a white stick in his right hand. A strip of green foliage is visible along the base of the lowest visible section of the fortress wall.
