Many of these spaces are covered in graffiti of various styles and colors. The structure is incomplete, missing walls and windows. The upper levels curve out with rounded concrete supports. To the left of the building, a partial view of a construction crane is visible against a cloudy sky. A small area of greenery is seen along the right side.
