An indoor art installation in Riga, Latvia, displays at least fifteen rectangular white paper sheets arranged in a grid on a plain wall. Each paper features a unique black line drawing or silhouette depicting various elements of electrical infrastructure, including overhead power lines, utility poles, insulators, a coiled power cord with a plug, and components resembling railway overhead line equipment, such as pantographs. The edges of the paper sheets are noticeably curled, casting distinct shadows on the wall behind them. The entire scene is illuminated by an intense red artificial light source. The scene is devoid of people.
