The image depicts an upward-facing view of the Victory Monument and its approach in Yeghegnadzor, Armenia, under an overcast sky. In the foreground, a dark reddish-brown stone retaining wall with an arched recess and carved embellishments is visible. Two black street lamps, each featuring multiple spherical white lights, are positioned on either side of the foreground, partially framing the scene. Rising from behind this wall is a long, multi-tiered stone staircase ascending a steep, tree-covered hillside. The staircase is wide and appears to be constructed from dark gray stone, featuring several broad landings. The slopes flanking the staircase are covered with dry, light brown grass and scattered fallen leaves. Numerous deciduous trees with bare branches, characteristic of late autumn or early winter, line both sides of the staircase and cover the hill.
