A multi-story building in Ulcinj - Ulqin, Montenegro, features a large-scale mural covering its facade under an overcast sky. The mural depicts flamingos within a mixed urban and natural landscape. Three large flamingos are central, rendered in detail with elongated necks and legs, pink and white plumage, and dark wing tips, appearing to fly across the building. Numerous smaller, black silhouetted flamingos are depicted in flight across the upper and middle sections of the mural. On the lower left, a line of standing flamingos is shown near the ground level. The background of the mural incorporates stylized cityscapes on either side: faint outlines of buildings on the left and a more abstract, pixelated city design in blues and scattered colors on the right. A serene body of water and distant landforms or hills span the middle ground of the mural.
