The scene, located in Petrovac centar, Montenegro, depicts a juxtaposition of modern and dilapidated architecture under a partly cloudy sky. Green grapevines with broad leaves grow over this structure, and a thick, gnarled, dark brown tree trunk or vine climbs upwards from the lower right, curving towards the older building. At ground level, a white tarp or banner, printed with an image of a rocky island in a calm blue sea, acts as a visual barrier, secured with fasteners. To the far right, a small, weathered, possibly metallic box or utility cabinet is partially visible. Two potted plants with green and reddish leaves are situated at the base of the modern building's stairs. No people are visible.
