The scene depicts a memorial area in front of a light-colored, multi-story building with a dark red mansard roof, located in Beloyarsky, Russia. The building features white-framed windows, decorative facade elements, and a prominent circular sign on its upper facade displaying "ЦЕНТРАЛЬНЫЙ УНИВЕРСАМ" (Central Department Store/Supermarket).
