The plaque features an etched image of a dog within a circular border. Below the dog's image is the Russian word "Звёздочка" (Zvyozdochka), which translates to "Little Star" or "Starlet." Underneath the plaque are etched Russian words. The image is taken at Karsha, Russia on March 25, 1961.
