This is a view looking up at the interior of a church dome. The dome is decorated with traditional Eastern Orthodox iconography, including depictions of Jesus Christ and various saints and angels. In the center of the dome, a large portrait of Jesus Christ is visible, holding a book. Surrounding Jesus are angels and other figures from religious stories. The figures are painted in a classical Byzantine style with halos. The iconography is painted on a light blue background. Small windows are arranged around the interior edge of the dome. A decorative chandelier hangs from the center of the dome. The location of this scene is presumed to be in Луговой, Russia, but this is not visually confirmed.
