The image displays a memorial plaque embedded into a natural rock formation in Rvaši, Montenegro. The plaque is a rectangular, light gray stone slab with a prominent raised border, affixed to a rugged, dark gray rock face. At the top center of the plaque, a red five-pointed star is carved and colored. Below this, in black Cyrillic letters, is the date "13 ЈУЛ 1941 Г" (13 July 1941). A second line of Cyrillic text, also in black, reads "СМРТ ФАШИЗМУ – СЛОБОДА НАРОДУ!" (Death to Fascism – Freedom to the People!).
