A large, gilded polyptych, identified as by Antonio Vivarini (1420-1484) and depicting Saint Anthony Abbot and other saints, is centrally displayed against a light-colored wall in the Pinacoteca Vaticana, Vatican Museums, located in Città del Vaticano, Vatican City. The artwork rests on a dark wooden shelf supported by two corbels, with a braided rope barrier visible in the foreground.

The polyptych is structured in three tiers within an ornate, gilded Gothic architectural frame featuring pinnacles, tracery, and decorative finials, some topped with small sculpted figures holding scrolls.

The bottom tier features a central, dark-robed sculpted figure of Saint Anthony Abbot, seated on a throne, wearing a mitre and holding a tau-cross staff in his left hand, with his right hand raised. A small white pig is visible near his left foot. An inscription "1949 ANTONIVS DE MVRO" is present on the sculpture's base. This central sculpture is flanked by four painted panels: on the far left, a male saint in a pink tunic and red hose holding a sword and staff; second from left, Saint Christopher carrying the Christ Child across water, holding a long staff; second from right, a male saint in a blue tunic and red hose holding a banner staff; and on the far right, a male saint in a green tunic and blue hose holding a round object and a sword, accompanied by a small white dog. All painted figures in this tier feature golden halos.

The middle tier consists of five painted panels. From left to right: a bearded male figure in red robes holding a building model and a book; a bearded male figure (likely St. Peter) in a pink robe holding a key and a book; a central panel depicting a nude Christ figure from the waist up with arms crossed over his chest, against a golden background; a bearded male figure in red robes holding a staff and a scroll; and a male figure in ornate dark vestments and a mitre holding a staff. All figures in this tier also have golden halos.

The top tier contains a smaller, upper central painted panel depicting a standing, nude male figure against a gold background, flanked by additional decorative gilded elements and finials.

A white informational label is partially visible on the wall to the right of the altarpiece. Text on the wooden base identifies the artwork as "40303 ANTONIO VIVARINI (1420-1484) / S. ANTONIO ABATE E SANTI (4464)."
