The image shows the interior of a cave in Karlukovo, Bulgaria. The cave walls are made of light-colored rock and are illuminated by sunlight filtering in from above. The ground of the cave is covered with rocks of various sizes. Numerous small cairns, stacks of stones, have been deliberately created and are scattered throughout the cave floor and on ledges. Some cairns are tall and slender, while others are short and wide. The environment appears natural and rugged, with no signs of modern construction or significant human presence beyond the stacked stones.
