Water is being poured into the green bowl on the duck's head. As the water fills the bowl, it spills over the sides, down the duck's head and onto the alligator base. Water also flows from the alligator's mouth and down its body, creating a stream of water that falls into the bathtub water below. The orange bowl on the tree also has water in it and is overflowing. The bath toy appears to be designed to entertain a child during bath time.
