In a medium shot, two prairie dogs inhabit a display enclosure. The enclosure has a sandy floor with some scattered hay. One prairie dog is in a white rectangular food container, eating. The other is standing at the back of the enclosure, looking towards the side. Behind the glass of the enclosure, various items are visible, including tanks and equipment, but they are somewhat out of focus. Above, a thatched roof covers the display.
