The window is composed of numerous vibrant glass panels segmented by dark lead lines. The central and largest section of the window depicts The Last Supper, with Jesus Christ, clad in red and blue, seated at a white table surrounded by eleven apostles, also in robes of various colors including red, blue, green, and yellow. Above this central scene, the upper portion illustrates the Assumption of the Virgin Mary, with figures ascending into a light blue, cloud-filled background. The lower part of the window features smaller panels, one containing a heraldic shield supported by two winged figures. The window is brightly illuminated by external light, sharply contrasting with the darker cathedral interior. Framing the window are distinct black and white striped pilasters or columns, a signature architectural feature of the Siena Cathedral. Dark, vaulted ceilings are visible in the upper corners, and a highly textured, ornately sculpted column with repetitive spherical or scale-like patterns is present on the right side.
