A black, rectangular plastic planter box, approximately 60-70cm in width, is suspended by a rusted, dark brown metal frame from a white wire mesh fence. The planter contains numerous succulent plants, identified as *Sedum rubrotinctum* or a similar species, characterized by tightly packed, ovoid leaves that are predominantly green with distinct reddish-brown tips. Multiple clusters of small, bright yellow, star-shaped flowers are visible on stalks among the foliage. Several succulent stems trail over the planter's front edge. The white fence consists of undulating horizontal wires and straight vertical wires, forming a grid pattern. To the immediate left of the fence, a tree with rough, grey-brown bark is partially visible, with bare branches extending into the upper left quadrant.
