In the foreground, a dense cluster of tall, columnar green cacti with prominent ribs and spines occupies the left and central portions of the frame, rooted in reddish-brown gravel. A spherical cactus and smaller succulents are visible in the lower right foreground. In the midground, a rectangular pool of light blue water is bordered by a vivid Yves Klein Blue edge.
