Horizontal red and black stripes, separated by a thin white line, are painted along the lower sections of columns and walls. The floor is composed of a light brown, speckled terrazzo-like material. Natural light enters through several high, arched windows on the side walls and a large, multi-paned rectangular window with a geometric grid pattern at the far end of the upper level. Sunlight casts distinct rectangular and grid-like shadows on the right wall and the floor. A second-level walkway or balcony extends across the mid-section of the hall, supported by columns. Access to this level is provided by a prominent set of stairs visible in the mid-ground, leading upwards from the main floor, and additional staircases or openings on the left side. Several white, rectangular air conditioning units are mounted on columns of the upper level, and wall-mounted lighting fixtures are visible on various columns. Approximately six to eight individuals are present. A lone figure in light-colored clothing walks on the main floor in the mid-ground. A small group of three to four individuals is seated or resting on the lower steps of the central staircase. Additional indistinct figures are discernible on the main floor further back and on the upper level near the far window. Two metal grates are embedded in the floor: one in the lower right corner and another smaller one near the bottom left column.
