A blue rectangular plastic harvesting crate, partially filled with dark, ripe grapes, is positioned on dry, rocky soil in a vineyard in Carrazeda de Ansiães, Portugal. Overhanging the crate are green grapevine leaves, several of which exhibit reddish and brownish discoloration. The ground immediately surrounding the crate consists of dry soil, various small rocks and pebbles, and sparse dry grass. Several individual dark grapes and a few fallen leaves, some green and some reddish, are scattered on the ground. The grapes inside the crate are predominantly dark purple to black, arranged in clusters, with a subtle powdery bloom visible on their surfaces. One discolored, reddish-pink leaf rests on top of the grapes within the crate. No individuals are present in the scene.
