A weathered, rectangular stone bas-relief panel, situated outdoors in Zelenikovo, Bulgaria, features two male figures carved in a monumental style. The primary figure, positioned in the left and upper central portion of the panel, is depicted from approximately the waist up, wearing a uniform with a peaked cap and possessing a resolute facial expression. His left arm is raised, grasping the pole of a large banner. An upward-pointing sword is also clutched in his left hand, positioned alongside the banner pole. The banner prominently displays an emblem resembling a lion rampant, beneath which indistinct text is visible. Below and to the right of the main figure, a secondary, smaller male figure is shown kneeling or seated, directing his gaze upwards or forward. The stone surface exhibits significant discoloration and organic growth consistent with prolonged outdoor exposure. Bare tree branches are visible in the background against an overcast sky.
